Terms of Sale
By placing an order with DVOLA, all information provided to us should be true and accurate, and in doing so, you are the authorized user of the payment method provided. .
DVOLA reserves the right to cancel any orders without prior notice if payment is not completed within 24 hours of the issue of the order invoice. .
All the prices displayed on our website are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD), regardless of the country you are based in. .
In the event where an item listed an incorrect price, DVOLA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order is being or had been processed. .
Our products may vary from the images as the images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Colours may appear slightly different in reality due to studio lighting conditions, or variances in computer screen calibration. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on our website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. .
All measurements provided on our website are taken from our official supplier. However, discrepancies may still be present due to the nature of the mass-manufacturing process. We will not be responsible for such instances. Please kindly note that you are responsible for ensuring that your sizing measurements are accurate before purchase. .
If you have received a defective item, please email to info@DVOLA.com with your order number and a photograph of the defect product within 7 days. Postage will be reimbursed for all items acknowledged by us to be defective. All items mailed back to us must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tags intact. If the replacement piece is no longer in-stock, a refund will be issued. .
Free delivery for all local purchases (Registered Postage by Singpost) and free delivery for international purchases (Speedpost Standard) with the minimum purchase of S$1000.00. Otherwise, the cost and mode of delivery would be displayed on the website upon payment. .
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days upon payment confirmation. Delivery will be carried out during working hours, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays. .
If delivery of your Product is delayed, we will inform you accordingly and the Product will be dispatched after it becomes available. .
Exchange, Returns & Refund
Strictly “NO RETURN & REFUND” for all products sold on D’VOLA.
Strictly “NO EXCHANGE” for 50% and above sales products sold on D’VOLA.
Otherwise, customer may “EXCHANGE” purchased product within 7 Days subject to product availability.
The Product shall be un-used, Product tags shall not be tampered with, and the Product shall be in the original packaging (if applicable).
Customer shall ensure that the Product is sent to us in the same condition as it was when received by you and is packaged properly. In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right not to accept exchange and send the Product back to you.
Please note customer will be responsible for all the postage/shipping charges incurred for “EXCHANGE” of purchased product.

Please note that only Sena intercoms are entitled with a 2 years warranty excluding accessories.
Kindly note the misuse, mishandling, modification or improper care of the item does not apply to the Sena 2 years warranty. .
The warranty would be void with the defacement and/or alteration of the item in any way, as well as damages by accidents. .
DVOLA reserves the right to assess the condition of the item prior to any repair or replacement claims.
Foreign purchasers have to ship the defect item to us with a sturdy shipping box via a traceable mode of shipping at your own cost. Once defect items have been received and acknowledged, a new set of product would be delivered to your stated address at our own cost. .

Locals are advised to bring the defect item to our showroom at 8 Ubi Road 2 #02-11 Zervex Building, Singapore 408538 for the claims. Otherwise, you may ship the defect item to the mentioned address with a sturdy shipping box via a traceable mode of shipping at your own cost. .
Incorrect Items Delivered
If incorrect Items were delivered to you, please kindly email to info@DVOLA.com together with your order number, and a photograph of the item. We may ask you to proceed with sending your item back to us, for which your postage will be reimbursed. Please note that items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tags intact. If the correct item is no longer in-stock, refund will be issued instead.
D’VOLA will not be responsible for any customs duties, taxes (including but not limited to VAT if applicable), penalties, storage charges or other expenses incur as a result of the actions of customs or other governmental authorities once product has been shipped out.
